A lot of people say that in several centuries or decades books won’t be popular. But I don’t believe it’s true. I think if you like books nowadays you will always like reading.

I know a lot of writers from different countries. I can’t say I like some of them more than others because I think that all writers try to show us something important, they try to express their feelings or their interpretation of the world and that’s why I suppose every writer is genius in his/her own way.

I think that books are really useful for our development and imagination. We can learn a lot from them. When we read , we are separated from the world around us, we see and we hear only those sounds, voices and scenes which are in the book. If you read a lot of books, especially classics, you become really developed and educated. Of course, we can also find different useful and interesting information in the web.If you surf the internet for a long time, your eyes will be tired. But if you read books, your health won’t be damaged at all. Of course, it’s a great advantage of reading.

I don’t have favorite authors, but I have favorite books. They are: “Master and Margarita” by Mikhail Bulgakov,”The Picture of Dorian Grey” by Oscar Wilde,”Quo Vadis”  by Henryk Sienkiewicz, “Gone with the wind” by Margaret Mitchell. Also I like different novels written by Pavel Chekov, Leo Tolstoy, Nikolay Karamzin and other authors.

I think there is one book I can read every day to be more confident. This book is “Gone with the wind”. I am impressed  with the character of the main heroine. I understand I’m not persistent person and Scarlett O’Hara is a kind of idol for me. I always try to follow her principles.

I’m sure books will always be popular. They are the greatest treasure of knowledge for us. We have to respect and keep books, because they are friends, which will leave us !

                   

          

  

Books.
Reading is one of the most important hobbies in my life. When I read an interesting book, I, usually try to imagine that story in my own life. Obviously, it helps me to solve out my problems.
There are so many different books, written by authors around the world, but only few of them are rather interesting to read.
For example, recently I've finished reading very mysterious book called "The name of this book is secret".

Perhaps I would say something about the plot of this book, but it's secret.
Lastly, there are some exciting books, in my opinion:

I love reading very much, but now I haven’t enough time to read because of exams. But when I have free time on holidays, for example, I always read something interesting. I prefer to read about people’s feelings, their life, I like biographies and literature about psychology also because of my future profession. Sometimes I prefer to read books in English because I don’t always enjoy their translation in Russian. So, for example, I read Sidney Sheldon’s books just in English. And of course it’s helpful for my knowledge of English. 

I can say that I have one best book for my life. It’s “Blown with the wind” by Margaret Mitchell. I have read it twice. And it’s interesting that all my friends think that I’m like main character of this book – Scarlet O’Hara. I hope that you have heard her best-known phrase “I don’t want to think about it today. I’ll think about it tomorrow”. So, I also say the same. And some of my friends think that I have got my own Rat Battler, too. Also this book helps me sometimes because I agree with my friends that I have the same point of view with Scarlett. So, in some different situations I try to imagine what she would do if she was me? And I can say that this book really change my life. I saw the film, too. And also like it.

I like to go to the bookstores but I know that I can spend hours there. Because I can look for one book and finally buy ten.

I especially love books because they can explain some deeds, they can give you ideas and of course reading is good and pleasant way of spending your free time. I think that human who doesn’t like reading hasn’t found his own book yet. So, I wish you to find a book which will probably change your life.

 I love reading a lot. I have not much time to read, but when I have holidays I try to read 2 books a day! I like going to bookstores and libraries. I love spending  hours there. I try to find something new and amazing for me. At every place I go I always have to read, because the book creates a special atmosphere and I can write my own stories.
I love reading all kinds of books, but most of all I love reading philosophy, psychology, detective stories, psychological novels. Sometimes I read books in English.
In my opinion Chuck Palahniuk , Ray Bradbury, Ernest Hemingway, Erich Maria Remarque, Walter Scott, Rozamunda Pilcher, Simone de Beauvoir,Agatha Christey, Mark Levi, Chopra,  Bernard Shaw are wonderful writers.

I will not talk about the content of books, better read, and understand the autor's idea by yourself..

You are very happy when you read. So find your book and start new life! I haven't find "my"  book yet.

I like reading books very much. I'm usually reading in my free time. After I read one book, I go into bookshop and buy another one. I love adventure and detective stories like Sherlock Holmes or Dic Carter. Some times I read books in English. I read Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings.

Sometimes I think that if the world didn't have books, there will be chaos because books tell us rules of life. If I write a book, I will write about adventures and treasures.

If I was stuck on a small island in the sea where there were no people, I would read an adventure book because adventures are always interesting. I think that the internet must be here, but books should never leave stores because it is very good that you can urn the pages. Some people don't like reading, because they can't sit in one place for long, because they must run somewhere do something.

     Not everybody likes reading, but I love it. I can't say that my favorite freetime is reading, but if the book is interesting and has profound meaning, I'd read it with a pleasure.

 

     

     I have 3 favorite books: the "Dandelion wine" by  Ray Bradbury, the "Three comrades" by Erich Maria Remarque and the "The Master and Margarita" by Mikhail Bulgakov.

 

       The first, "Dandelion wine", is a story about 12-year-old boy who is surprised with everything and is glad trifles. He discoverys  something new everyday like each child. I think that namely an ability to rejoice little events is the difference between children and adults. This book can teach everybody to see how beautiful the world is.

 

     The "Three comrades" is a book about love and the men's friendship. Unfortunately, the end of this book is very sad and when I read it I was crying! But I will not write about the plot. Meaning of this book is that the real man with a kind heart can present himself for his friends or his woman. I think that not everybody is able to do it. This book teach us to love, to be kind and honest and not to be afraid of difficulties.

 

     

     The third book is the "The Master and Margarita". This book is about love, God and Devil. It is one of the books which people can't understand at once. The meaning of it is that if a man or a woman loves somebody, he or she is happy with his or her lover anywhere because love is a God's present. This book is about the good and the bad and their eternal wrestling.

 

      The last book I have read is the "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert T. Kiyosaki. This book is about money and the business but is not boring. The author is telling about how he managed to become one of the richest people in the world.

 

     If I write a book, it will be about our contemporary life, it's problem and people. About the majority of us who work, earn money but aren't happy. It is because they haven't enough time and therefore people have invented the Internet, mobile phones and other gadgets to save it and now many of us say the most important words in their life by mobile phone or using an e-mail. I think it is the biggest modern problem!

 

 

       In childhood books help us to grow up honest and kind, in a school we resd books to know something new and interesting, in adult life books teach us to be glad and not only to work but also to be happy. Books are very important part of our life!
